As we step into our new roles following the election, we wanted to say a quick hello.
The Directors elected this week share a simple vision: keeping The Westons a welcoming, well-run neighborhood where everyone feels heard and respected.
Moving forward, our focus is on:
- Clear, Fair Standards: Working with homeowners on property maintenance with an emphasis on communication and help before penalties.
- Long-Term Planning: Getting an updated reserve study done so we can properly care for our shared amenities.
- Open Communication & Community: Keeping the positive momentum going with our committees and improving two-way communication so you have the info you need AND easy ways to share feedback.
