The Westons neighborhood is located in Carmel, Indiana, near the intersection of N. Michigan Road and West 106th Street. The Westons comprise three distinct phases: Weston Village, Weston Place, and Weston Ridge.
 
Residents of The Westons enjoy close proximity to many shopping, entertainment, and recreation options in Carmel, Zionsville, and the north and west suburbs of Indianapolis. 

The neighborhood is served by the Blue Ribbon-awarded Carmel Clay School District, as well as several nearby private K-12 and high schools. 

Residents of The Westons enjoy a private neighborhood swimming pool featuring pool shades and a children's pool, basketball court, tennis court, pickleball court, picnic pavilion, fishing pond, and playground area.

Hi Neighbors,
 
As we step into our new roles following the election, we wanted to say a quick hello.
The Directors elected this week share a simple vision: keeping The Westons a welcoming, well-run neighborhood where everyone feels heard and respected.
Moving forward, our focus is on:
 
  • Clear, Fair Standards: Working with homeowners on property maintenance with an emphasis on communication and help before penalties.
  • Long-Term Planning: Getting an updated reserve study done so we can properly care for our shared amenities.
  • Open Communication & Community: Keeping the positive momentum going with our committees and improving two-way communication so you have the info you need AND easy ways to share feedback.
 
We love this neighborhood and appreciate all the energy everyone has brought lately. Let's keep working together!
