Attention all superheros, princesses, pirates, aliens and other assorted denziens-The Westons Social Committee in conjunction with the Carmel Police Department is proud to announce that some of Carmel's finest, along with their speciman collector (patrol car) will lead the annual Halloween parade, which departs at 5:30 PM from the pool parking lot, with the parade progressing down Independence Way, then left onto Weston Drive before ending at the corner of Constitution and Weston Drive, after which everyone's candy supply can be exhausted!  Assembly begins at 5 PM in and around the common area, so come one come all, but watch out for the Men In Black!
