Our community is open and inviting, with a diverse makeup of individuals and families.  We are located within the highly-ranked Carmel-Clay school district, with Towne Meadow Elementary, Creekside Middle School and Carmel High School all serving our neighborhood.  Our community features a new (2018) playground, renovated pool (2025), basketball court (renovated 2018), tennis/pickleball courts (renovated 2025) poolhouse (renovated 2021 and 2025), walking path to Kroger at 106th/Michigan (refurbished 2020) and picnic pavilion (new in 2021).
