7. Management Company Report.
a. New Home owners and addresses: To be reported within a week.
b. Architectural approvals: To be reported within a week.
c. Robin reported the following on the stop / street sign: the contractor must have it completed by April 13.
8. Committee Reports.
- Amenities Committee. A muskrat in the pond has been trapped by Critter Control.
b. Architectural Requirements Committee. Nothing to report.
c. Crime Watch Committee. Nothing to report.
d. Landscape Committee.
1) The timer for the fountain in the pond will be inspected this week, Robin will receive an estimate, and it will be repaired.
2) The water company will evaluate the 106th St. entrance and reseed, if necessary.
3) The bid from Davey Tree to remove vegetation from outside and through the fence, in the amount of up to $2,400, was approved.
4) Grass mowing began last week – contract calls for 28 “mows”, so with early start we may have extra mowing expense or will need to skip a mow or two during the dry summer months if possible.
e. Social Committee. Chad Daugherty will provide a summary of the survey results in an email to the board.
f. Website Committee. The board discussed reinstituting a community section on the website where residents can post information about upcoming events or services they offer / items for sale. This was rarely used by the residents when available to them before and may be better served by a social media solution like Facebook.
9. General Business (Old and New). Brief discussion on the sewer line cleanout that is happening in the neighborhood.
Meeting adjourned at 8:10 PM.
