Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is comprised of  five members  who volunteer their time to serve the community in a management capacity.  The Board holds public meetings every second Tuesday of each month. The Board Meeting is held at the Ministry Center of College Park Church located on the northeast corner of 96th Street and Shelborne Road (map).  The meetings begin promptly at 6:30 pm.  Members of the Association are invited... and encouraged ... to attend.  During the meeting, various topics including budget and spending, crime watch, architectural control, landscaping, and other issues of community interest are discussed.  Meeting minutes are recorded by the Secretary.  These documents provide a running record of Board discussions and Board decisions.  Meeting minutes are posted in a timely fashion on this website.   Meet the board.

 

Committees

Due to the extraordinary efforts of a dedicated group of volunteer neighbors, The Weston's is an enjoyable place to live.  Committees including amenities, landscape, social, architectural review, crime watch, and pool facilities offer opportunities for neighbors to manage and improve our facilities and activates, while keeping costs low.

 

Management Company
