Introduction As residents of The
Weston's, we have specific obligations which are legally binding related to the maintenance of our properties.
Neighborhood covenants are an agreement between the homeowner and the Association that each will abide by a specific set of standards.
By doing so, the attractiveness and overall quality of life in the neighborhood is maintained; and the values of our properties can be
preserved over time. For the average family, the home represents our single biggest investment.
Records are maintained by the Hamilton County Records Office
located at the Hamilton County Historic Courthouse, 33 N. 9th Street, Suite 309
Noblesville, IN 46060.

at 317-776-9618 or 317-776-9619.
Our
covenants were amended in November of 1995. The
amendment allows specific lots in the Village to
build privacy fences through their rear property lines,
across common ground belonging to the Association,
to our perimeter fence. Maintenance of this common
ground so enclosed becomes the responsibility of the
homeowner while maintenance of the perimeter fence remains
the responsibility of the Association. The
Association retains the right to enter this common
ground at any time. This
amendment applies only to a small number of lots. Please
refer to the actual document for specific details.
In
2008, a similar agreement was reached with homeowners
of specific lots in Weston Park (Lot 2 through 15 and
162) along
Gettysburg Place
that have property adjacent to the Interior fence.
This was not done as an Amendment
to our covenants, but rather by individual agreement. These documents have been recorded at the Hamilton
County Recorder’s Office. Please refer to the actual document for specific details.SampleAgreement.
