2008 Annual Meeting	The Annual Meeting will be held on September 9th, 2008 at the College Park Baptist Center which is located on the corner of Shellborne and 96th street. Three positions will be open for candidates to run for office. Tom Grindstaff, Joe Grayson and William Dudley's term of office will end. Carmen Ton and Steve Sanders will remain in office for one more year. Terms of office are for two years.
New ARC Procedures for Major Renovations	As the neighborhood ages, we are seeing more homeowners undertake major renovations to their homes. Homeowners undertaking these changes/repairs must submit a copy to the ARC of all documents sent to the City of Carmel when applying for building permits. Any modifications to these plans must also be copied to the ARC for approval.
Ardsley Management	The Board of Directors has selected Ardsley Management to manage our community. The Board will maintain full control but Ardsley will handle day to day affairs.
