The Annual Meeting is scheduled for September 9th, 2008 at 6:30 pm. Location: College Park Baptist Church on the corner of Shellborne and 96th Street.  Please plan on attending. 

Management Company: The Board of Directors has selected Ardsley Management to manage our community. The Board will maintain full control but Ardsley will handle day to day affairs. Ardsley should be your first point of contact.
